I am delighted to announce that on the 4th of September 2008 Med Imaging successfully acquired the radiology equipment and engineering arm of TPS Healthcare based in Cumbernauld. 

With immediate effect, members of Med Imaging and the Radiology Sales and Service team at TPS will now be part of a dedicated organisation with an excellent track record. The addition of TPS further enforces Med Imaging’s status as the largest independent providers of radiology service and support. 

The already significant service base and strong customer relationships, service reputation and market position not only in Scotland but throughout England were all compelling factors in the acquisition of TPS by Med Imaging. As the new group comes together, dedication to the highest level of customer service, value for money, reliability and commitment to patient care will remain the foundation of our business. 

Since the acquisition, our sales and service personnel are now greatly enhanced, and we will ensure that our customers’ needs and expectations are fulfilled to the highest standards.
